What we help evaluate
Four signals to review in your process.
Compare texture under the same process and holding conditions.
Evaluate appearance against the selected temperature and time.
Track variation between batches using the same process.
These are sample evaluation topics, not performance guarantees. Validate them in your own formulation and equipment.

Coating Solutions
Crispy Battering Mix
Fusanhe crispy batter mix is a pre-mixed coating formulated for fried food production. It creates a light, extra-crispy coating that adheres well to meat, seafood, and vegetables, with less oil absorption than homemade batters. Suitable for fried chicken, fried fish, tempura, onion rings, and other fried snacks. Available in retail sachets for consumer markets and bulk 25kg bags for foodservice and industrial production. OEM/private label packaging available.

Panko Bread Crumbs
Fusanhe panko bread crumbs are made from specially baked bread without crust, resulting in a light, airy, coarse texture that creates an ultra-crispy coating when fried. Unlike regular breadcrumbs, panko absorbs significantly less oil, keeping fried foods lighter and less greasy. Available in both white and yellow varieties, suitable for tonkatsu, fried shrimp, chicken katsu, croquettes, and other Japanese-style fried foods. We supply 200g retail sachets for consumer markets and 10kg bulk bags for foodservice and industrial production.

Technical FAQ
Batter mix or panko — which should I request?
Describe the finished coating and your current process. The team can discuss batter mix, bread crumbs or both; the application trial determines suitability.
Can you guarantee crispness or reduced coating loss?
No fixed improvement is promised. Compare the sample with your current ingredient under the same process conditions.
What information helps with sample matching?
Food substrate, current ingredient, mixing ratio, coating steps, frying conditions and the problem you want to evaluate.
Request a sample for this application.
Share your application, process conditions, current problem and expected improvement. Discuss specification and quantity after review, then test in your own production process.
